DELIVERY
Our standard UK Delivery is £4.00. Delivery is FREE for Orders over £50.00, we aim to dispatch your order, as soon as payment is cleared, within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends). If you would like delivery outside of the UK, please contact us via email to discuss shipping costs.
Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances delivery may be delayed, but we will keep you informed via email.
Before you submit your order please ensure the delivery address is correct including the postcode, as we will have to charge an additional fee should the parcel be dispatched with an incorrect address on.
RETURNS
We do hope you love every home accessory or gift you purchase from us, however, if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, please EMAIL us within 14 working days of receiving your order at admin@stanleyandlottie.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
We do not cover the cost of returns, unless the item is faulty or damaged, so please ensure you send your returns with a tracked delivery service as we cannot be liable for lost goods and we will not be able to issue your refund. Thank you.
